By using the Website/Services you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website/Services.

All bookings placed for Services within this website (Inspecti.UK), accepted by us will be subject to the following Terms which will form part of and will govern the contract of service. No variation of these Terms will be accepted unless agreed in writing by an authorised member of Inspecti.UK. We will not accept any alternative Terms by you which conflict with, alter or add to these Terms.

We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Website/Services following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.

Inspecti.UK will not tolerate aggressive, rude behavior, racism, sexism, homophobia or ageism directed towards any of its staff or engineers.

1. Definitions

1.1 ‘Contract’ means any contract between you and us for the purchase of Services, incorporating these terms.

1.2 ‘Services’ means service provided by us to you.

1.3 ‘Normal Working Hours’ means 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.

1.4 ‘Bookings’ means an order for a Service made by you in accordance with these Terms.

1.5 ‘Booking Confirmation’ means our written acceptance of your Order.

1.6 ‘Fixed Fee’ means a set price given to the service offered.

2. Bookings

2.1 When you place a Booking for a Service, this will be regarded as an offer by you to purchase the Service subject to these Terms and we shall not be obliged to accept your offer at our discretion.

2.2 We will send you a Booking Acknowledgement on receipt of your Order. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us.

2.3 Booking Confirmation will be binding on you unless there is an inadvertent discrepancy between the Service that you ordered and those detailed in the Booking Confirmation. You should notify us as soon as you become aware of any such discrepancy.

2.4 When you place a Booking, you are undertaking to us that:

(a) All details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Services are correct, and

(b) The credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any Services you order from us.

2.5 At times it may be necessary to re-schedule a booking due to factors beyond our control. If it is necessary to do this, we will attempt to contact you to try and re-schedule, at a mutually convenient time, another appointment as soon as possible.

2.6 Inspecti.UK reserves the right to terminate the project at any time.

2.7 We strive to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on our website are correct and accurate. In the case of an error or omission, we will be entitled to rescind the contract, notwithstanding that we may already have accepted your Order and/or received payment from you. Our liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money that you have paid in respect of the booking. In the case of an error in relation to price, you will be entitled to purchase the Service(s) by paying the difference between the quoted price and the correct price, as confirmed in writing by us after the error has been discovered.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices include VAT.

3.2 Services are invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of your Order.

3.3 We reserve the right to vary our prices from time to time.

3.4 We will not supply goods or Services to you until payment has been received in full, unless there has been prior agreement.

3.5 Bookings will be set as ”provisional” and can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time until payment is made and confirmation is complete.

3.6 If an engineer is called but you disagree and decide not to go ahead with work then the standard call out charge will still apply and have to be paid for on the day.

4. Missed Appointments

If for any reason you are unable to keep a service appointment please contact us to re-book the appointment on 0330 122 9669 as soon as possible. Any cancellations made less than 24 Hours before the appointment is due will incur an administrative charge.

If the engineer cannot gain access to property, or no gas and or electrical supply is available when onsite a call out fee will be charged.

Please note that all terms in this contract also apply to any third party you may instruct to be at a premises on your behalf e.g. a tenant that will be giving us access to the property, the same terms and conditions as stated apply.

5. Online Quotations

5.1 We provide a free online quote for services we provide.

5.2 Once confirmed, the agreed final quote represents a written contract for the exact work to be completed.

5.3 Any agreement made verbally is not covered by the contract unless it has been written into said contract.

5.4 Any quote or estimate is subject to revision if there are any changes to the nature or extent of the requested work. This may applies to both labour and materials. However the quote will not be amended without consultation with the client.

5.5 All quotes made by us are valid for 28 days from issue.

6. Provision of Services

6.1 If you purchase Services from us, then we shall use our expertise to carry out the Services to a standard equivalent to that of a competent professional, and shall warrant our work as free from defects. In particular, we cannot be held responsible for any fault or damage not caused by our engineers. In the event of a claim arising relating to the level of skill and judgement applied in the course of providing Services, we reserve at our sole discretion the right to appoint an independent expert in the field to appraise the work carried out in the execution of the Service(s).

6.2 We accept no liability for equipment installed or configured by us when the equipment has subsequently been altered or configured by persons other than ourselves. Except as set out here, all other express or implied terms or warranties relating to the Services are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.


7. Cancellations


7.1 You are entitled to cancel your Order for any reason until, but no later than 24hrs before an engineer is due to visit your property.

7.2 You should cancel services from us by sending a written notice of cancellation by post to Inspecti.UK, 120 High Road, London, N2 9ED, by phone on 0121 240 4858, or e-mail using the contat form at Inspecti.UK

7.3 Once a Booking has been cancelled, the price paid will be refunded, within a period of 30 days from the date of cancellation.

8. Data Protection

8.1 We store credit card infomation using our Secure Payment providers Stripe and Square. We do not store credit card details when you make a payment using PayPal.

8.2 We are committed to responsible data management and subscribe to the principals of the data protection legislation in the United Kingdom. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our users and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. If you register for any of the Services you will be asked to provide basic personal information.

8.3 The information provided by you is not available for sale or use by third parties.

8.4 Our site registration, quote and booking forms requires you to give us contact information (such as name, email, and postal address), unique identifiers (such as username and password), demographic information (such as postcode), and financial information. This data is securely stored for use by us for any correspondence with you and for purchase of services required.

8.5 You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

9 User Account, Password & Security

9.1 If a particular Service requires you to open an account you will be required to complete the registration process by providing certain information and registering a username and password for use with that Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and also for all activities which take place under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will Inspecti.UK be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password. You may not use another person’s account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation Of Liabilty

10.1 Use of this Website is at your own risk. The website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

10.2 To the extent permitted by law, Inspecti.UK will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

10.3 Inspecti.UK makes no warranty that this website will meet your requirements, that Content will be accurate or reliable, that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the website or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Inspecti.UK for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Inspecti.UK.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11 Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
